You can't spend every minute of your life smiling and laughing and having a good time, but you do need to live your life so that others will want to have what you have. You are free, you have eternal life, and you have the love of God in your heart. You need to share the good news with everyone. Who would want to have what you have if you are always complaining, always whining, always gloomy, and always negative? Think about it - how do you feel when you get up in the morning and see a dark, dreary day? That's how you make people feel when you portray any of the above mentioned qualities. On the other hand, when you wake up and see a bright, shining day, you can't wait to get at things; you are cheerful and happy. You need to spread this kind of joy and happiness to others. Just by having a smile on your face and a good word to say you can be a witness of Christ's love to others. They will want to know what makes you so happy. They will want to have what you have. So, get out there and do God's work with a smile!
